Mike is the founding member of Rich & Cartmill Insurance of Colorado, LLC. Previously Mike represented a well respected regional insurance agency in Northern Colorado. During Mike's tenure with this agency he was successful building relationships with clients and insurance carriers that ultimately provided him the opportunity to be the holder of many sales records within the agency, to be offered and accepting partnership in the agency and recipient of several insurance company awards including producer of the year.
Mike was raised in Longmont, Colorado and received his
bachelors of Science in Economics from Colorado State University and
further went to receive his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)
designation in October 1998 from the National Alliance for Insurance
Education and Research. Mike has been involved in numerous
community and professional organizations including his current
position on the Colorado Health Care Association Board of Directors.

Donna brings several years of experience in insurance to the Rich & Cartmill Insurance of Colorado team. She has gained a variety of experience and expertise with a background in all aspects of the insurance industry. Her dedication and knowledge is so appreciated by all that work with her. Donna has been very successful in building relationships with insurance carriers, which best serves, our clients and customers that she works with every day.
Donna was raised in Denver, Colorado and received her Bachelors of Arts
degree from the University of Northern Colorado. Donna and her
husband reside in Greeley, Colorado.

Dionne joined Rich Cartmill Insurance of Colorado, LLC in August 2007. As a Personal Lines Process Trainer with her previous company, Dionne brings over 20 years of strong personal lines experience. Her background brings strong customer service to assist clients with their insurance needsDionne enjoys coaching volleyball and volunteers at her children’s school where her two sons compete in a variety of sports. A native of Colorado, Dionne, her husband Efren and their two sons reside in Greeley.

Justin brings a variety of skills to the Rich & Cartmill team, before starting his career in insurance and risk management he was a sales and leasing consultant in the automotive industry where he learned that it was the service after the sale that separated him from the rest of his competitors. In 2009 he joined the insurance industry and operated his own agency in Longmont, CO, and during that time he honed his skills in customer service and attention to detail. Justin is originally from Nebraska and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hastings College in 2003 where he also played football and golf. In 2004 he moved to the Northern Colorado area and in June of 2005 he married his high school sweetheart. Justin and his wife now live in Johnstown, CO and they have two amazing children, Jack and Elise.You can depend on him.

Tara joined our team in September of 2011 with 4 years of commercial lines insurance experience. She brings her experience in varied industries such as transportation, financial institutions and manufacturing. Prior to entering her insurance career, she owned and operated her own retail floral studio in Greeley, CO and worked as a finance manager for 6 years at a manufacturing firm. Tara grew up in Windsor Colorado and has been a Colorado native all of her life. Having been on both sides of the desk, she understands that any broker can supply the insurance policy, but not too many can service and manage a client’s needs. Tara and her family reside in Greeley, where she enjoys event planning, all aspects of design, scrapbooking and spending time with her husband, son and dachshunds.
