Mike is the founding member of Rich & Cartmill Insurance of Colorado, LLC. Previously Mike represented a well respected regional insurance agency in Northern Colorado. During Mike's tenure with this agency he was successful building relationships with clients and insurance carriers that ultimately provided him the opportunity to be the holder of many sales records within the agency, to be offered and accepting partnership in the agency and recipient of several insurance company awards including producer of the year.
Mike was raised in Longmont, Colorado and received his
bachelors of Science in Economics from Colorado State University and
further went to receive his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)
designation in October 1998 from the National Alliance for Insurance
Education and Research. Mike has been involved in numerous
community and professional organizations including his current
position on the Colorado Health Care Association Board of Directors.

Donna brings several years of experience in insurance to the Rich & Cartmill Insurance of Colorado team. She has gained a variety of experience and expertise with a background in all aspects of the insurance industry. Her dedication and knowledge is so appreciated by all that work with her. Donna has been very successful in building relationships with insurance carriers, which best serves, our clients and customers that she works with every day.
Donna was raised in Denver, Colorado and received her Bachelors of Arts
degree from the University of Northern Colorado. Donna and her
husband reside in Greeley, Colorado.

Karole joined the Rich & Cartmill team within a couple of weeks of opening. She comes to the insurance industry with a commitment to learning and has achieved great success since joining up with our efforts. She has lived in Germany and in many states in this country and she brings a great sense of spirit to our team. She is a great asset and is committed and dedicated to Rich & Cartmill Insurance of Colorado and to the clients and customers she works with every day.
Karole recently re-located to Windsor to enjoy the
High School years with her son.

Shawn Wotowey joined Rich & Cartmill Insurance of Colorado, LLC
in 2006 as a sales associate. Previously, he spent 15 years in
management positions within the healthcare industry, specifically
physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, and physical
rehabilitation clinics. He remains a member in the Medical Group
Management Association and Colorado Medical Group Management
Association. He has been Colorado resident for over 35 years and
holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Northern
Colorado in Greeley, CO. He has earned his CLCS, Commercial Lines
Coverage Specialist, designation in 2006 from the Hartford School of
Insurance. Shawn and his wife Tracie, and their three children,
enjoy operating his family's farm in Northern Colorado. His hobbies
include fly fishing and hunting.

Shanna joined the Rich & Cartmill Insurance of Colorado's team
in May 2006. Shanna began working in the insurance industry after
college and brings over 10 years experience ranging from customer
service to insurance sales. Her background brings a depth of
knowledge in building relationships with clients and insurance
carriers to assisting clients with all their insurance needs.
Shanna has been involved in several community and professional
organizations in Northern Colorado. Raised in Kansas City, she
received her Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Regis
University in Denver. She resides in Greeley with her husband and
